Federal law allows sales of long guns to persons 18 or older, and of handguns to persons 21 or older. We are currently working on the technical ability to allow both age restrictions to be applied appropriately, but until that capability is in place, we are forced to place an age restriction of 21 on all firearm sales. We hope to have this fixed soon.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change, edit or cancel an existing order.

5dtacticalsellers.com does not currently allow out of stock items to be backordered. However, you can log into your account and add the item to your wish list, we are constantly adding new inventory!

Yes. Quantity/volume discounts are unique to each item and are posted online if available. Sometimes, unpublished discounts may apply when making a large enough purchase.

5dtacticalsellers.com has created a simple way to locate a dealer in your area who is willing to process a firearm(s) transfer via the 5D Tactical Dealer Network. Each of the FFL dealers in the network has already agreed to transfer firearms to you, the consumer, for a specified fee(s). Simply locate a dealer in your area, carefully review the dealer’s terms and fees and then complete your order. The will be a shipment of the firearm(s) to the business address of the dealer with your name and contact number on it.

A type 03 Curio and Relic (C&R) license is a type of Federal Firearms License (FFL) issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). C&R holders may receive certain eligible firearms directly to their door but do NOT permit the holder to deal with firearms or act as a transfer agent.

Orders can be picked up Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm and Fridays from 9 am – 7 pm in our showroom. We offer appointments for Firearms Tuesdays – Thursdays to help speed up the background check process. You can still purchase firearms without an appointment but the process may take longer. For firearms, you must bring your driver’s license with you and it must contain your current address.

You must be a resident of Ohio and at least 21 years of age to pick up Handguns, Frames/Receivers, and Pistol Grip Only Shotguns.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Long Guns (Rifles and shotguns).

Yes, 5dtacticalsellers.com charges a small fee for each order in exchange for securing the right inventory, maintaining and supporting the local dealer network, handling all the necessary paperwork to have your gun delivered, and provide ongoing support to our customers. You will also be subject to any applicable taxes for a purchase. In the event a gun needs to be shipped you will also be charged a nominal shipping fee.

No. Per Federal Law, all firearms must be sent directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) gun store. 5dtacticalsellers.com will make sure that we ship your firearm to a proper FFL gun store closest to your home address. Please Contact us if you want your item delivered at home address for more details.

Your valid state driver’s license and depending on the firearm being purchased and your state regulations, concealed-carry or state issued permit may apply.

No, 5dtacticalsellers.com will contact your local FFL, obtain a copy of their license, and verify that it is still current. We take all the hard work off your plate that other retailers make you do!

5dtacticalsellers.com will send you an email (and text message if you have selected that option) once your gun is ready to be picked up.

If your email address is on file, you should get a shipping notice and tracking number emailed to you automatically once your order has shipped. If your order is going to a dealer you and the dealer will receive an email with the shipping notice and tracking number.

It is up to EACH INDIVIDUAL to ensure that your purchase will not violate your local or state laws. For best results, consult any applicable local/state ordinances, your state Attorney General’s office, or a qualified attorney.

We may offer a $10 handpick option on many of our firearms. If you choose this option, our shipping staff will take the time to examine 5 of the same item ordered and then choose the cosmetically best one of the 5. This does not mean you will get a completely better condition. For example: handpicking a very-good Swiss K31 will not necessarily give you an Excellent condition Swiss K31. We can handpick certain manufacturers, dates, and other details subject to availability. Such requests must be made over the phone and may not be available in some circumstances.
